Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing, monitoring, reviewing and ensuring compliance with the WSHE Management System
- Make formal submissions and coordinate with the authorities where necessary
- Prepare and conduct WSH Induction Program for all employees entering the work site
- Part of the Risk Management Team and will be involved in reviewing and commenting on Risk Assessments
- Plan, coordinate and assist in Internal & External Safety and Health audits (ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001/CONSASS/etc)
- Conduct daily site inspections, regularly review safety of work processes and implement follow-up corrective actions where necessary to ensure workplace safety and compliance with approved Safe Work Practices (SWP)
- Develop and implement programs to raise employees’ awareness of work risks and to help cultivate a strong safety culture within the organization
- All other associated works to maintain and improve the Health and Safety standards of the organization
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Safety, Health and Environment Workplace Certification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Possessing recognized ECO qualifications is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
