WEALTH CREDIT MANAGEMENT ($12,000-$20,000/AWS/VB)ref: CS

$20K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  East

Responsibilities

• Assist the Transact or with the Credit Greenlight memos
• Full credit underwriting with appropriate risk return characteristics based on Credit and Product Standards, policies and procedures.
• Preparation of Credit Applications ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
• Financial Analysis including cash flow statements
• Collateral Evaluation covering Commercial Real Estate, Art, Aircraft and other asset classes
• Preparing and negotiating credit documentation for facilities, including liaison with internal and external legal counsel, as required, as well as undertaking the annual review of documentation
• Preparing and reviewing facility covenants
• Assisting in Portfolio Management, including Annual Credit Reviews, covenant monitoring and compliance, waivers and extensions and all related system maintenance with the Data Management Teams.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Credit Policies, Product Programs and Policies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
