5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Report to the Production Manager and manage all Utility personnel
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements for discharge and equipment maintenance
- Continuously improve processes, equipment performance, and work quality
- Oversee the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor and manage waste discharge and utility usage
- Develop and implement cost-effective, safe, and efficient programs
- Train, discipline, and take care of personnel welfare
- Plan and publish monthly shift rosters for personnel
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Environmental Safety and Health regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
