TRADING OPERATION (Procurement/Supply Chain) ($3000-$5000/AWS/VB)ref: KT

$5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Monitors and follow up closely with suppliers on delivery allocation to affiliates or subsidiary companies for delivery arrangement and prevention of production line stoppages.
• Involves in crisis recovery management activities to mitigate production stoppages due to lack of components through product demand monitoring and allocation of parts.
• Provides timely update to relevant stakeholders on supply status and delivery schedule.
• Prepares inventory reports on usage and planned supply to affected factories aimed at providing the best estimate for line down date.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as generating supplier delivery status report, communication with supplier, monitoring delay order conditions, stock allocation planning and administrative support to Operations Team.
• Facilitates improvement activities among Procurement & Supply Division.
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Maintain proper inventory control

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suites especially MS Excel on Pivot Tables, V-lookup, VBA and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
