TRADE FINANCE EXECUTIVE ($3500-$4500/AWS/VB)ref: ML

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Check and verify export LC documents lodged.
• Check and verify Export LC advising, amendments and confirmation including related messages monitor & ensure charges collection.
• Sorting and assigning swift messages to various desks of TF department.
• Ensure all due diligence / EDD checks such as name screening, sanction checks, price checks are done as per AML CFT policy and as per product checklists (including vessel tracking / IMB checks).
• Joint custodian of Export bills (with original title to goods).
• Ensure no swift or transactions are left unverified at the end of the business day.
• Ensure all SWIFT messages related to the area of operations are attended to and acted upon the same day.
• Ensure there are no failed transactions before giving EOD signal.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Banking / Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications : Excel/Word/PowerPoint is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
