$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

Location: North
Responsibilities
- Review and comment on Purchase and Sales Contract prepared by Operation team.
- Prepare and manage import and export documentation (Letter of Credit, SBLC, Bank Guarantees, Inward & Outward Collection Bill, Freight loan, Import Loan/Trust Receipt, Export LC discounting, OA discounting, etc)
- Prepare commercial invoice, prepayment invoice, proforma invoice, debit or credit note.
- Monitor payment and their receipt on payment due date.
- Handle treasury support functions such as remittances, cash margin collateral cover, etc.
- Record all financing costs into our trading platform, NOVA to generate PNL for each trade.
- Update the monthly Trading Book.
- Provide ad-hoc support when required.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
