Location: Central
Responsibilities
- To maintain the building services system operational.
- To implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance programme including in collaboration with appointed and contracted service professionals.
- To report on the performance of building system.
- To conduct daily checks on essential building services and record meter readings for utilities services.
- To carry out general preventive maintenance on Building Systems, including troubleshooting, defects rectifications and perform repair works as assigned.
- To assist in promotional events.
- To attend to Customers’ requests diligently.
- To attend to Contractors including providing access, conducting site walkabout and assist to monitor performance of appointed contractors.
Requirements
- Nitec (Electrical/Electronic or Building Services Technology) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Computer literate and experience in BAS/BMS System is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
