Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests and handle customer enquiries
- Provide technical advice and to render support to Architects, Consultants and Contractors respectively
- Visit customers as required, assisting with sales and customer service issues
- Gather costing, generate a quotation, tender submission, and regular follow up
- Ensure quote activities are updated in accordance with Sales Department standard process
- Understand and identify business outcomes for customers and help provide a total solution to meet these desired outcomes
- Developing new businesses through customers, products, or product applications
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of sales experience in construction industry
- Comprehend mechanical, electrical fitments and drawing interpretations
- Knowledge in ACMV, M&E, Smoke control system or Fire alarm system will be advantageCompetitive remuneration package will be offered to the shortlisted candidate.
