Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of the product portfolio we distribute.
- Offer post-sale and pre-sale application support by analyzing and suggesting solutions to meet customer needs.
- Develop and present tailored application/solution proposals in line with customer requirements.
- Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations for customers.
- Address technical inquiries and provide application support to customers via phone or email.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture existing customer relationships.
- Utilize expertise in product applications to showcase advantages over competitor products to potential customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Engineering, Industrial, or Mechatronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with PLC, Control/Automation, and IoT is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
