Location: West
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate with business users and various stakeholders when required
- Maintain complete technical documentation
- Attend Audit meetings and review any audit findings and propose and implement recommendations where feasible and if not provide mitigation plan for approval
- Define proper standard network methodology and suggest improvements to System performance, capacity and scalability.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Active directory, SCCM, WSUS, SharePoint, Windows servers, and backup is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
