Responsibilities
- Provide pre/post sales support on IT network related installation setup
- Support all IT related matters in hosted Data Center for UC applications
- Maintenance support for existing hosted system & software application
- Attend to any ad-hoc duties or project assigned
- Knowledge in IT Networking and Network infrastructure
- Programming knowledge in Router and Firewall rule
- Able to provide advise and coordinate with clients on IT network requirements and resolve setup issues
- Hands on experience in VOIP products integration
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Systems
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT / System/ Helpdesk/ Software/ Security / Network is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
