SYSTEM ANALYST (IT) ($4000-$5000/AWS/VB)ref: AC

$5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to design and implement IT solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Evaluate existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop, test, and deploy software applications, scripts, and tools to automate tasks and streamline workflows.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for technology adoption or process improvements.
• Explore machine learning use cases to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages and experience with database management systems (e.g. SQL server)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
