Responsibilities
- Report directly to program manager and play a key role in assisting the team in growing program in local, APAC.
- Maintain a firm understanding of documented solution design processes and requirements across the organization’s products, supporting translation into technical artefacts and designs.
- Responsible for the creation of design documents, working within the design framework, documentation standards and development practices. Support business teams with design and implementation of technical solutions.
- Create and review design change requests, providing challenge and escalation, when the request does not meet our design principles.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis of system implementation and platform design.
- Create options papers to present to the appropriate Technical Design Authority.
- Work with internal stakeholders and Delivery Partners to provide guidance on achieving project and programme objectives, assessing them for both technical and business suitability against architectural and development principles.
- Draft newsletter, articles and reports to share digitally with clients by leveraging Social Media platform.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information technology or Management related studies.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in DevOps concepts, Cloud, micro services architecture and container technologies such Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
