SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST ($3800-$5500/ASW/VB)ref: AK

$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing/pricing strategies in material quotations through various supporting groups and perform pricing analysis to ensure competitiveness.
• Present costed bill of materials to customers and liaise with customer on material pricing related issues.
• Provide periodic re-pricing on existing products.
• Activate price validation and system setup upon project award.
• Develop and lead implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans, including AOS, alternative proposal, risk buy etc.
• Co-ordinate sourcing strategies with various supporting groups and customers for cost reduction opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to increase turnkey business through localization and influence customers to use Preferred Suppliers.
• Provide budgetary pricing for NPI / Proto builds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in a Supply Chain management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
