5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Implement new and improve supply chain processes in accordance with new or changing rules and importation laws in local.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders
- Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational flow, identify potential problems and find solutions
- Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers
- Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors
- Understanding of principles of accounting and finance
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a Supply Chain management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
