$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Conduct inventory management, processing order and delivery planning
- Work closely with overseas offices / agents / transporters / various Shipping Lines to support timely delivery of shipments
- Ensure accurate operation processes for import or export or transhipment activities and timely preparation and issuance of all shipping documents
- Booking vessel, container and arranging shipment and shipment details
- Prepare L/C and liaise with Bank
- Liaise with insurance company to handle insurance claims.
- Ensure accurate shipping record are in line with document keeping standard.
- Handle customer’s enquiries and resolve issue with professional manner.
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in INCOTERMS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
