SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE ($2500-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: VT

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• To liaise with merchants and arrange shipments according to the SLA to meet ensure compliance with delivery promise
• Track end to end of flow of the shipment and analyse the data to improve number of days for the shipment to reach the customers
• Report of analysed data and KPI to aid in decision making to improve processes and cost
• Liaise directly with freight forwarders and last mile delivery drivers and to monitor expenses regarding shipping
• Attention to detail when quality control of all items in the shipment and for all preparation and filing of document
• Participate in special projects – with in-function & cross-functional teams- and provide leadership and expertise when called for.
• Responsible for developing systematic processes to deliver consistent quality and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in business or supply chain management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/ Warehouse / Freight Forwarding is a plus.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.
