$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Develop and adjust an achievable supply plan
- Handle stock management in designated areas
- Coordinate sales and agents’ forecasts
- Ensure the accuracy of purchase and repo quotations
- Coordinate and process purchase orders, ensuring all shipment documentation meets destination customs and customs broker requirements
- Receive deliveries and update the arrival dates on the stock list
- Record the product’s serial numbers on the stock list upon stock arrival at the warehouses
- Close the purchase and repo jobs status and generate job invoicing for the Finance Team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
