Location: North
Responsibilities
- Participate in new product development process, source new product’s supplier and price.
- Maximize sourcing capability by conducting continuous research in the material origin, production advantage and any other factors that may lead to locate potential suppliers.
- Ensure supply base optimization and cost competitiveness, quality and service by sourcing and evaluating new suppliers of existing products.
- Sourcing machines and equipment to fulfil production plant’s needs.
- Initiate continuous improvement of efficiency of sourcing process.
- Prepare and submit department reports timely and accurately.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Mechanic engineering or equivalent engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in construction/engineering industry is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
