Responsibilities
- Sorting through large amounts of data, perform analysis, draw conclusions, and formulate a presentation to senior stakeholders
- Creation of dashboards within BI tools such as PowerBI and Tableau that will be able to provide real time visibility to the sourcing team to support decision making.
- Tracking of Vendor Performance to provide data for Quarterly Business Review meetings with the dashboards
- To provide assistance in multiple concurrent projects by facilitating Stakeholder meetings, creating Project dashboards, tracking of deadlines and milestones
- Transform traditional way of working with the help of RPA (i.e. Macros/Python) to help eliminate manual works in order to increase the operational efficiency of Sourcing Team
- Usage of SAS, R, Python, SQL, Alteryx and other relevant modelling technologies, and you have to be proficient in Office, PowerBI and Tableau applications.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Work closely with Management to understand new and existing projects;
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications(Ms Excel,Ms Word and Powerpoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
