Responsibilities
- Handles or assists with most support requests; additional responsibilities include:
- Ensuring requests are accounted for in established service level agreements (SLAs) and are addressed, analyzed and resolved in a timely and accurate manner
- Facilitating joint resolution and testing with the development team, M&S team members and others as required to meet customer and SLA expectations / requirements
- Incident ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication
- Autonomously assures proper intake, analysis and follow up on support requests, in line with DN- customer contract and processes
- Assures requests are accounted for in SLA, in order to assure timely and effective resolve of customers’ requests.
- Identifies, records, and classifies problems of moderate complexity and impact, investigates and diagnoses identified problems to propose changes for resolve of the problem.
- Detects, records, and classifies incidents and initial support, investigation and diagnosis, resolution and recovery, incident closure, and incident ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication
Requirements
- Diploma/ degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, electronics engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft OS, C#, CSS, Java, HTML, Javascript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
