SHIPPING OFFICER ($2000-$2800/AWS/VB)ref: DA

$2800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for clients and other engaged third-parties. (e.g. subcontractors)
• Develop and maintain customer’s KPI, SOP and objectives.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• Responsible for the planning of manpower and materials supply schedule based on demand requirement, material availability, and production capacity. (equipment and resources)
• Ensure customer management and review reports are completed according to required deadline. (monthly, quarterly or annual)
• Ensure timely communications and follow up with internal team and subcontractors.
• Resolve operational issues with customers and operations team.
• Responsible to supervise, coach and develop the assigned task to team members.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
