$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the vessel manager
- Assist with preparing and maintain of repair database and compilation of technical specifications
- Assist with the preparation of technical, marine and other shipping reports
- Assist of compiling and monitoring vessel KPIs and deliverables
- Coordinate with the vessels and various departments on the supply of spares, stores and other contractor services
- Ensure the technical drawings, manuals, plans, reports, certificates and documents are accurate and well-maintained in a systematic database
- Coordinate with purchasing department for landed items and it’s servicing /repair/calibration and timely return on board.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in marine engineering, maritime or engineering and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including Words and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
