Location: North
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers including but not limited to, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, training, and calibration for the company’s relevant product range
- Prepare service quotes for customers
- Prepare concise and accurate service reports
- Provide positive service experience for our customers
- Manage automation projects
- Perform application works with the company’s relevant product range
- Maintain project pipeline, install base, service case tracking and contract usage
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in SCADA, PLC, C++, JAVA is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
