5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, machinery, and products.
- Provide technical support and effective solutions to customers’ concerns and requests.
- Communicating with clients and technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and conduct safety checks.
- Complete documentations and findings on service activities to Managers.
- Ensure all work activities are carried out in compliance with the company safety standards.
- Support and to comply SOP guidelines and documentation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and technical drawings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
