5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- To provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of operations
- Perform monthly maintenance for hardwares on site
- Responding to client phone calls, emails, messages promptly
- Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues on site
- Install, configure and maintain hardwares devices and softwares applications
- Maintaining good client relations
- Track and manage faults reports
- Support project team during new project deployment
Requirements
- Diploma in IT or any related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Windows & Linux Operating System is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
