5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Support installation activities in Customer Site
- Support on customer requirement and problem solving
- Perform and maintain proper documentation
- Manage all aspects of the product or project implementation
- Communicate with department manager update on operation & sales progress
- Support on line issue, provide necessary on-site support, troubleshooting, service and repair of customer’s semiconductor equipment
- Perform and maintain proper documentation
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Min Nitec/Diploma in related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
