Location: West
Responsibilities
- On-site installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of CNC machine tool equipment and controls, with field of specialization in electrical and electronic components and systems.
- Providing technical assistance and support to customers.
- Conducting preventative maintenance and after-sales technical support.
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collaborating with the spare parts coordinator by determining parts required by the customer and ensuring timely delivery of spare parts.
- Preparation of service reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing repair information.
- Complying with all safety polices, practices and procedures.
- Train and develop others as and when the need arises.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in technical/ Electronic / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
