SENIOR TEST ENGINEER (NPI) ($3500-$6500/AWS/VB)ref: DS

$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinates with internal parties to ensure smooth processing of Engineering / Qualification lots
• Follow-up with members of the Cross Functional Team on the relevant checklist for on time closure after devices are offloaded
• Test set-up resolutions, work with tester engineering (PE/TE/EE), IE, planners on allocation, setup plans, decision making and suggests
• Creative ways for assuring assigned device Test performance are per customers expectation and finished goods are promptly shipped and delivered as planned
• Provide value-added engineering discussion by reviewing and seek clarification to close the gaps with customer relating to overall device test performance (w.r.t yield, Equipment utilization, Quality, and other Engineering metrics)
• Setup meetings with customers and CFT to initiate and present improvement programs or demonstrate alternate resolutions
• Work with customer on final production approval and release to support HVM
• Works with Planning for tester time and lot scheduling and coordination for HW and program availability

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in production /manufacturing /environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
