$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance program for building services
- Routine inspection of mechanical & electrical installation and carry ad-hoc improvement work
- Coordinate and work with contractors to carry out repair and maintenance works
- Assists with tenancy fit-out/reinstatement works including handing-over/taking-over inspection for compliance.
- Perform general repair works, such as painting, patching of walls, plumbing & sanitary, mechanical & electrical component and other fixtures and equipment
- Respond and attend to tenants’ feedback
- Execute work orders and maintain proper documentation
- Monitor building operating conditions and record utilities meters consumption
Requirements
- NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical / Aircon / Building Services or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge in Air-conditioning, Air Compressor, Electrical and Building maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
