SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER ($6000-$10,000/AWS/VB)ref: JL

$10K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  East

Responsibilities

• Administer and support system operations on-premise and cloud IT Infrastructure.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues pertaining to supported technologies and related services within SLA.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams. Effectively communicate technical changes and enhancements that may impact the infrastructure.
• Participate in planning, design, and implementation of changes to Active Directory, File Server, IIS Infrastructure, and other supported technologies.
• Carry out maintenance tasks such as patch updates and configuration changes to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Standardization and automation of systems, tasks, and workflows using Ansible, Python, and PowerShell.
• Document processes and procedures, ensure these are adhered to throughout the supported environments.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in AWS, Citrix ADC, BlueCat DNS, Imperva SecureSphere, CyberArk, RSA AM, and Cisco ESA is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
