Location: East
Responsibilities
- Request for Quotation (RFQ) with suppliers for price, payment term and lead time comparison for the best interest of Company
- Manage new and existing projects, and coordinate with respective stakeholders to meet project deliverables
- Review engineering drawings and ensure project’s compliance to customer requirements, safety practices, and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with different levels of internal or external personnel
- Conduct regular supplier’s performance evaluation on Quality, OTD, Cost, Services, and propose improvements
- Develop supplier base by actively sourcing, evaluating and conducting negotiation process
- Monitor and expedite delivery with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by managers
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Excel, Power Point & Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
