Responsibilities
- Ensure tenders / RFQs / RFIs and business proposals meet all relevant specifications and are in line with the internal standards; and are compliant with client requirements.
- Produce KSA volume and revenue information to help the Management Team decision making.
- Work closely with HQ Business Solutions team to support the preparation and submission of tenders for KSA (Key Strategic Account) clients.
- Manage the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of large / complex projects (multi area or product) to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements.
- Adhere to project plan and time schedule for adequate internal review and evaluation prior to submission.
- Maintain records of tender documents
- Develop new business and regional relationships to increase market share in multiple verticals.
- Develop regional relationships with stakeholders to increase market share.
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient & advance in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
