SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE ($4000-$5000/AWS/VB)ref: SH

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies specific to the corporate training industry, including consultative selling and needs analysis.
• Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our training solutions to corporate clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to influence decision-makers and close sales deals.
• Ability to conduct effective needs analysis and tailor training solutions to meet clients’ specific requirements.
• Familiarity with creating and delivering customized proposals and presentations to clients.
• Experience in managing and maintaining a sales pipeline, including lead generation, opportunity management, and forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients, HR professionals, and training managers.
• Familiarity with market research and analysis techniques to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and potential growth areas.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Sales Account is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
