$5800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Preparation of tender submission and ensuring that tender submission is in order
- Preparation and following up on progress claims, progress certification, variation orders and settlement of final account with main-contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain records, tracking and submission of all variation orders
- Sourcing, negotiation and evaluation of quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers through preparation of price comparison
- Prepare Works Order/Letter of Award to sub-contractors and suppliers
- Able to work closely with whole tender team and carry out management’s direction
- Attend meetings/site meetings
- To carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Building or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Quality assurance/Quality control is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
