Responsibilities
- Ensure adequate application of design control requirements throughout product life-cycle
- Review QMS-relevant design control documentation including design transfer and design change documentation
- Support R&D and Product Management to establish compliantly and audit robust design documentation
- Creates and implements quality strategies for development projects, be member of these development projects in close cooperation with R&D and Product Management.
- Drives quality engineering activities (Validation and Verification, FMEA, Risk Analysis, etc.) in close collaboration with R&D and project teams.
- Coordinates complex Software related issues that may significantly impact the LMS Medical devices, in close cooperation with all global Software development centres, R&D and Product Management. Support and improve the Software Bug resolution process to accelerate Software correction and stability.
- Support the QA Manager and project leaders during audits as subject matter expert for technical documentation
- Perform audits and design transfer reviews at the contract manufacturer in Local.
Requirements
- BSc degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in science, engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of US and EU medical device regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
