Location: East
Responsibilities
- Issue purchase order to supplier and sub-contractor.
- Update purchase order balance.
- Provide forecast to supplier or sub-contractor.
- Update store on daily supplier or sub-contractor incoming parts
- Update weekly Mot schedule sharing for purchase planning.
- Check P2 & store weekly stock for purchase planning & follow up.
- Provide weekly inventory to Sales department for HP project parts.
- Follow up supplier or sub-contractor shipment; expedite schedule, delay schedule etc.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Purchasing/Inventory/Material Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with order processing, SAP system and IT literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
