Location: West
Responsibilities
- Participate in procurement tender work, ensuring that all procurement obligations are fulfilled
- Perform procurement activities according to the project start-up plan
- Establishment of project procurement strategy
- Establish and verify Procurement Milestone Plan (PMP), including budget cost
- Consolidate and establish bidders list
- Establish procurement package responsibility matrix
- Work with other departments to ensure that contractual obligations are covered and request project specific amendments/ guidelines if required
- Establish documentation and templates for procurement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in power plant or Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
