Responsibilities
- Lead the process Engineering team for continuous process improvements daily process related issues, failure analysis of bellows/modules rejected internally or returned by customer
- Review and approve Design of mechanical assemblies, drawings generation and manufacturing processes, support quote process.
- Evaluates and resolves technical problems during manufacturing and testing.
- Work with Customers and counterparts on new bellow assembly design as well as their applications.
- Study and analyze customer design requirement, specifications, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and tooling/equipment requirements.
- Review and approve design of new products using 3D CAD modelling.
- Review and approve the manufacturing processes of new product, shop floor router, Work Instructions and standard operating procedures
- To check the drawings accuracy and release for prototype development and mass production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Solidworks and AutoCad is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
