Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing and sending contracts to counterparties on a timely manner
- Responsible for handling new trades and monitor the contract
- Make sure that foreign currency trades are hedged to USDW and work closely with Treasury and Trade Finance Departments
- Client account maintenance and liaison with Accounts and Group Risk teams
- Review of contractual terms to ensure they are in compliance with corporate policies
Requirements:
- Diploma holder and above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferably with good experience in bulk shipments, Letters of Credit
- Knowledge in contract drafting, shipping logistics, operations, documentation and trade finance would be an advantage
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
