Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess operational risks within the organization.
- Analyze processes, procedures, and systems for compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Develop risk management strategies to minimize financial losses and operational disruptions.
- Monitor key risk indicators and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational resilience.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior management for improved risk control measures and business efficiency.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or Accountancy
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of banking products and processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
