5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Ability to design and implement type-acceptance navigation systems such as steering control systems
- Approved by Classification Society to carry out Surveys and VDR Annual Inspection Test
- Posses knowledge of SOLAS / IMO Performance Standards / National / Classification requirements
- Interpretation of schematic drawings, modifications and updating of drawings (preferrably with CAD skills)
- Ability to lead, manage and train service teams
- Ability to liaise well with customers on the project or service implementation
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Min Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Communication Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of networking systems is a plus.
- Possess a Class 3 License.
