Responsibilities
- Provide production support including overseeing the daily manufacturing performance in process yield, and automated assembly and testing machines uptime availability
- Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatics components of the manufacturing automation equipment to ensure production continuity
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity, reliability, product quality, and safety improvement in manufacturing automation equipment
- Identify and implement an optimization plan to improve automation machine OEE through the structured problem-solving methodology
- Follows safety protocol and procedures, supports workplace safety and health continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing automation environment in mechatronics control, factory automation using PLC, electro-pneumatics devices and sensors, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in PLC programming and various PLC hardware is an advantage
