Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Take charge of the overall IT software and hardware infrastructure of the Group
- Administration of Desktop, Server, Network Device (Firewall, Router & Switches), Printer & etc
- Installation, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting and managing all hardware and software
- Provide end user IT support for both local and remote locations daily to ensure smooth business operation
- Implementation of IT policies, procedures and standard documentations
- Manage users’ access right & all IT asset inventory of the Group
- Provide technical support for Navision troubleshooting and enhancement, if any
- Support in-house Applications
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in C#, C++, C/AL back-end language is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
