Location: West
Responsibilities
- Timely renewal of IT licenses and agreements.
- Manage and maintain the company website
- Knowledge and experienced with Digital CCTV.
- Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware to resolve problems
- Setup computers, equipment for employee use, perform or ensure proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Provide basic support for video conferencing
- Add and troubleshoot network/standalone printers in the company
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
Requirements
- Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT / System/ Helpdesk/ Software/ Security / Network is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
