5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Provide space planning, design conceptualization, materials and color scheme specification based on client needs
- Develop 3d visuals and layout plans with detailed specifications (i.e. M&E plans, carpentry detail and sectional drawings)
- To be creative and innovative in crafting strong design concepts and prepare efficient layout solutions
- Prompt delivery of services and solutions with professionalism and quality
- Management of projects to meet deadlines
- Involve in site measurement, site marking & selection of material used
- Preparation of mood boards and material boards
- Project management and site supervision
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelors’ Degree in Interior Design or ID Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, 3D Max/Vray, Sketchup & Photoshop is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
