Responsibilities
- Perform backup and upgrade of network appliance configuration and firmware
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise
- Develop and maintain technical and configuration documentation
- Documenting and explaining network topologies, diagram and diagram
- Quality Escalation Management, Account Management/Review and ensure that all SLA/KPI are met
- Perform additional tasks and supporting special projects, as required
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
- Min 2 years of experience in IT implementation and maintenance support
- Knowledge in Layer 2 and 3 routing and switching
- Some knowledge in configuring and deploying network switches and routers
