SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE ($3800-$4200/AWS/VB)ref: RH

$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  North

Responsibilities

• Supporting the recruitment process and ensuring that candidates fit the role.
• Coordinating and managing the onboarding and orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
• Administering talent acquisition, compensation and benefits and performance appraisals.
• Maintaining employee records and compiling statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
• Processing and following up on appointments, reassignments, promotions, and other HR decisions
• Advising employees on specific entitlements and explaining employment standards and legislation where required.
• Reviewing and updating all Singapore HR policies and procedures to ensure timeliness in supporting business objectives and market demands.
• Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Employment Act  and Labour Law is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
