$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Provide support in full spectrum of HR functions.
- Administration and maintenance of HRMS.
- Handle worker payroll processing including data entry, upload salary payment to the bank, generate payslip .
- Process employees benefits claims and maintain updated claims records
- Administer NS makeup pay claims and government-paid leave claims e.g. maternity, childcare & paternity leave.
- Ordering of pantry / refreshment items.
- Submit IR21 clearance for foreign employees and employees annual income declaration to tax authority.
- Monitor office cleanliness and upkeeping of office equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
