SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE ($3500-$4500/AWS/VB) ref: RH

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Performs full-cycle of recruitment processes from sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring confirmation and onboarding.
• Responsible for onboarding of new hires and exit if resigned employees.
• Maintain and update employees’ personal files, and ensure the employee details are accurate on the payroll system.
• Attending to HR-related inquiries from internal and external personnel.
• Manages Work-pass related matters inclusive of application/renewals, follow-up, and support on areas of regulatory/MOM reporting.
• Participate in government or statutory board related surveys.
• Ensure compliance of HR policies, initiatives, and procedures within the local statutory requirements.
• Manage and drive the implementation of Learning & Development for company’s employees that contributes to the overall learning effectiveness and maintain training records.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
